Verification tab
The final tab of the Filing wizard displays a summary of the information that you have entered so you can review it before completing the submission process. Within this tab, it is important to verify the following:

The filing name and fee amount (if applicable).

The name of the filer.

The list of the documents being filed.
Click the Summary Report icon to generate a summary page that provides a synopsis of the filing and some high level case information.
To edit any of the information displayed, click on the appropriate tab and make the necessary change. Once completed, the change will be reflected on the Verification tab. Once you are satisfied with the information you have entered, click the VERIFY button to proceed to the Submission & Payment page.
